Returns for regular priced item(s) will be accepted within 7 days from the shipped date for Singapore Orders.

All returned items must be in their original conditions, unused, unaltered and fit for sale.

Please pack your returned item into box/poly bag. You may choose any courier company (with tracking system) and return your item(s) to us at your own cost.
Normal mail parcels that are not trackable will not be accepted.
Once you have the tracking number, kindly email us the tracking number along with the order number.

Once your returned item(s) have reached us, we will process the return within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirming the return and the credits will be issued to your account with us.
