Refund policy

Returns for regular priced item(s) will be accepted within 7 days from the shipped date for Singapore Orders.

All returned items must be in their original conditions, unused, unaltered and fit for sale.
Item(s) that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. 

We do not provide refunds or exchanges. A store credit for our online store will be issued to you.

Please email us at hello@gymdogco.com with your order number and let us know the item(s) you would to return within 7 days of the shipped date. Please wait for our confirmation email before proceeding with the next steps.

Step 1: Please pack your returned item into box/poly bag. You may choose any courier company (with tracking system) and return your item(s) to us at your own cost.
Normal mail parcels that are not trackable will not be accepted.

Step 2: Once you have the tracking number, kindly email us the tracking number along with the order number.

Step 3: Once your returned item(s) have reached us, we will process the return within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email confirming the return and the credits will be emailed to you in the form of a discount code.

Gym Dog Co reserves the rights to reject any return that do not fulfil any of the above stated requirement. Gym Dog Co reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
